Wendy is my cousin, a long distance friendship for us because my childhood was spent in Plymouth Devon. We first met when I was eight years old and parents were visiting Riverdale. On further visits we would be sharing a bedroom and screaming with laughter most of the night until threatened by an angry parent.
In later years we both developed an interest in genealogy with Wendy searching info on Ancestry and me on FindMyPast. The search for the “elusive” Fudge Family will, sadly, have to continue with my solo efforts. It has been great fun since Wendy was able to glean a few details from Granny Barbour. We regretted not speaking to our older relatives.
Dear Wendy, thank you for all the good times, miss you.
